Dig Deep Fitness, LLC started with a goal, hard work, dedication and commitment! I was born in Compton, California and raised in Gonzales, Louisiana. 

I graduated from Southern University and A&M College with a B.S. in Business Management. As an International Federation of Bodybuilding (IFBB) and Fitness Professional Athlete, I remain focused on staying healthy, being physically fit, and motivating others to improve their lives physically. 

I am an advocate for keeping senior citizens active, preventing childhood obesity, training student-athletes, and helping clients achieve their goals, rather to lose or gain weight.
